Personal License (Lifetime)

A single purchase of Docsbook.io grants you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license with the following permissions and restrictions:

  • Create and manage unlimited workspaces under your account
  • Use the generated docs sites for personal or commercial projects
  • Connect custom domains to your workspaces (Premium tier)

Restrictions

  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account access to another person
  • You may not use Docsbook.io to distribute or republish content you do not own or have rights to
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying service infrastructure

Intellectual Property

Docsbook.io retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the platform, its design, and underlying code. Your GitHub repository content remains your own and is governed by your repository's license.

Open Source Notices

Docsbook.io is built on open source software including Next.js (MIT), Tailwind CSS (MIT), and other packages. Their respective licenses apply to those components.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Updates to License Terms

Docsbook.io reserves the right to update these license terms at any time. Existing lifetime license holders will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We aim to honor the spirit of the original license purchase and will not retroactively restrict capabilities that were available at the time of purchase.
