By accessing or using Docsbook.io (docsbook.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License

Upon purchase, Docsbook.io grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the service for your workspace. This license covers one workspace per purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to any third party.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Docsbook.io, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, contact us via the support page at docsbook.io with your order details. Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use Docsbook.io with public GitHub repositories you own or have permission to use. You are solely responsible for the content displayed through your workspace. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimers

Docsbook.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for content generated or displayed via GitHub repositories connected to our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docsbook.io's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing lifetime customers are not affected by price changes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service operator resides.
