Quick setup

You can be running in a few minutes. Three steps: create an account, connect an integration, save your first memory.

1. Create your account#

Register to get your dashboard and an authentication token. Your MemoryPlugin sign-in email does not need to match the email you use on ChatGPT, Claude, TypingMind, or any other platform.

2. Choose an integration#

Pick how MemoryPlugin reaches your AI:

• Browser extension - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and 21+ web tools.
• MCP server - Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf.
• Custom GPT & TypingMind.
• Open API - build on the memory layer.

3. Save your first memory#

How you capture depends on the integration: browser-extension users click the MemoryPlugin button; MCP users ask the AI to remember something; TypingMind users are ready out of the box.

Expected result: save one fact in one tool, open a different AI, ask a related question - the context comes with you, without re-typing.
