Onboarding is four clicks, and two of the three steps run without you. You need a GitHub account and your own Claude subscription - there is no API key to manage and nothing runs on notesasm's account.

1. Sign in and set your north star#

Sign in with GitHub. Give the crew one number to move toward - for example, $10k MRR. This is the goal every merged PR, post, and reply rolls up into.

2. Say what should exist#

In one sentence, from the dashboard, Claude Code, or any MCP client, describe the work:

Build a SaaS that tracks competitor prices.

That sentence is the whole onboarding. The crew turns it into a plan, spins up the agents, and files the first tickets - validation first.

3. Let it validate#

Before any code, the crew probes real demand: it posts in relevant communities, emails real people, and runs a landing probe, then reads the replies. You get a receipt - conversion, replies, whether it is worth building - not a guess.

4. Review the PRs#

As work ships, each code change arrives as a PR with QA already walked in a real browser, screenshots and video attached. Outreach sends and posts wait in your "Needs you" queue.

Expected result: within a day you have a validated (or invalidated) idea, a live landing probe, and your first QA'd PRs waiting for review - built while you did other things.
