There are no minutes to buy for any of the above, because the work happens on your machine and costs the vendor nothing to run.

The one paid feature#

Sending your agent into a video meeting is billed per minute through AgentCall, with free hours included. That call runs in the cloud, which is why it is the exception.

Registration#

A short trial runs first. After it, continued use asks for a free sign-in through AgentCall. No card is involved unless you go over the included AgentCall hours.
