Frequently asked questions

What is Lyra, exactly?#

Lyra is an autonomous AI blog writer for developers, run from a web dashboard. She discovers winnable topics, writes posts in your blog's voice, fact-checks them, scores them, and opens pull requests in your repo. You review and merge.

Do I need to be technical?#

Your blog needs to live in a GitHub repo, and you approve posts by merging pull requests. If you are comfortable with that workflow, you are set - Lyra handles the writing, fact-checking, and formatting.

Whose API key pays for the writing?#

Yours. Lyra runs on your own Anthropic key, encrypted at rest and never marked up, so you pay the model provider directly and keep full control of cost. Add a Gemini key for banners, or skip it.

Will it publish without me?#

No. Every post arrives as a labeled pull request with you tagged as reviewer. Nothing goes live until you approve and merge it.

How does it keep posts accurate?#

Lyra fetches and confirms every external link or drops it, checks claims against current sources, and verifies pricing against your pricing page. Broken links and stale stats are treated as blockers. Every draft is also scored across content, SEO, technical accuracy, readability, and linking, and rewritten until it clears the bar.

How do I get access while you're still building?#

Talk to the founder for a 15-minute look at your blog, or join the waitlist and you'll hear the moment the beta opens. See Get started.
