Best for: Micro — a small, one-off pitch session. Pitch Competition — one full event end to end. Cohort — a full cohort selection or a multi-project season.
Founding-customer pricing has been offered against these list prices, with the discounted rate locked for 12 months from purchase. Ask on the call whether a current offer applies to your program — promotional windows move, and list price is the number that does not.
Funds and accelerators#
VC open calls, accelerator cohorts and recurring annual programs are priced per volume. Custom volume, custom judge panels, white-label, SSO, SLA and BYO-LLM sit here, covering the Open Call, Annual and Enterprise shapes. These are sized to your pipeline on a call rather than listed.
What counts as a submission#
One submitted pitch deck or application that receives one successfully generated AI evaluation report.
What does not count:
- A deck that cannot be processed. If we cannot read it, it is not an evaluated submission.
- Disagreeing with the output. That is not a failed evaluation either.
What does count: a resubmission after a report. A new report is a new evaluation.
The five properties that follow from per-event pricing#
No meter. A package of submissions with a validity window — no seats, no tokens, no usage surprises at the end of a season.
180 days to use it. Every package stays valid for 180 days, so a postponed cohort does not burn your budget. Annual and Funds volumes run for the contract term.
Judges are not seats. Invite as many reviewers as the event needs. Nobody is counted, licensed, or locked out mid-review — which matters because judge count is usually a sponsor perk and a program KPI, not a cost line to optimise.
Price locked for 12 months. Where founding pricing applies, it holds for a year from purchase; list prices apply afterwards.
No in-house admin needed. Setup is one working session, not a staff specialist. Your rubric goes in, the batch runs.
Running out mid-season#
Add a top-up of +25 submissions for $300, or move up a plan. Because packages are per event rather than per month, the decision is about volume, not about renewal timing.
Access#
There is no public sign-up. EvalLens is available through a limited partner program: book a call, describe your evaluation workflow, and access is set up for your team.
Two numbers make the conversation short: how many submissions land in one window, and whether it is one event or several projects.
