Approve before send
What changes#
Every transcript lands in an editable bubble on the widget. You can fix a misheard word, cut a sentence you did not mean, or drop the whole thing. Nothing reaches the agent until you hit the confirm control.
When it earns its place#
- Noisy rooms, where recognition picks up more than you intended.
- Destructive requests, where "delete the migration" and "delete the migrations" are different afternoons.
- Shared spaces, where a colleague's sentence might otherwise land in your session.
- Learning the tool, when you want to see what the agent is actually receiving before you trust it.
Turning it on#
It is an optional review mode in preferences. Turn it off again when the friction stops being worth it, which for most people is after the first week.

Mute and silent mode are the blunter instruments for the same problem. On-device privacy covers what happens to a transcript after you approve it, which is: it stays on your disk.
