Customer signal you connect is used to answer your questions inside your workspace. It does not become training data.

We do not sell your data

No resale, no data brokerage, no aggregate product built from your customers.

Automation stays transparent

AI should augment a human decision, not replace it. Every finding shows its reasoning and its evidence, including the hypotheses that were rejected, so a person can disagree with the machine on specifics.

Respondents are asked, not harvested

Adaptive surveys collect what existing evidence cannot supply, and only that. Fewer questions asked means the ones asked get answered.

What gets collected on the website#

When you book a demo or contact the team, Poth collects only the fields you fill in: name, email, company, role, company size, intended use case and referral source. The current policy is published at pothlabs.com/privacy.

For GDPR purposes the data controller is Poth Technologies, San Francisco, California.
