Sources changelog

  • A Sources section in the admin panel — what your documentation is allowed to read from. It lists every kind of source Docsbook can read, from your own repository and website to Mintlify, GitBook, ReadMe, Notion, Zendesk, npm and two dozen more, with the ones you have connected lit and the rest offering a Connect. Connect one and asking the assistant to update the documentation or resolve drift starts by fetching it, instead of answering from memory: a repository hands back its files, a site hands back its pages. Sources
  • Connecting is one paste — the address decides whether it is a repository, a folder inside one, a whole site or a single page, and which row it belongs under. A row that would need an integration nobody has built yet says what it needs and offers no button, rather than a button that does nothing. Sources
  • New Source connects a second website, a second repository or a second forum: a project is not limited to one of each, and every connection carries its own note and its own pause switch. Sources
  • Every connected source shows a green LiveSync badge and, once something has actually fetched it, when it was last read. Sources can be paused (kept in the list, stopped being read) or removed. Sources
