Ask Poth a question
Ask questions that have a decision behind them#
| Ask this | Not this |
|---|---|
| What is driving churn in mid-market accounts? | Summarize last quarter's feedback |
| Why do SMB accounts stall after onboarding? | What are customers saying about onboarding? |
| Which missing integration is costing us the most renewals? | List integration requests |
| What separates accounts that expanded from those that renewed flat? | Show me expansion feedback |
The left column names a segment and implies an owner. That is what lets Poth rank the answer by impact instead of by volume.
Questions that span sources are the point#
A question answerable inside one tool should probably be asked there. Bring Poth the ones that are not: anything that needs a call, a ticket and a usage curve in the same sentence.
When the answer says evidence is missing#
That is the system working. Two explanations survived and nothing on hand separates them, so Poth proposes the follow-up questions that would. Approving them closes the gap. See Adaptive surveys.

- Read the evidence before you act on the answer.
- Act on an insight turns it into an owned decision.
