The cascade nobody budgets for#
A hiring manager pushes a Wednesday panel by two days. That single message means:
- five interviewers need to be asked again
- the candidate needs new options in their own time zone
- the prep call before it has to move too
- the original invites have to be updated, not just deleted
- everyone needs to be told what the new answer is
Done manually, that is another dozen messages and roughly the same effort as booking the panel the first time. Done twice in one week, it is a full day.
